Accessibility

A site that works for everyone.

Koehler Partners is committed to an accessible website and accessible practice. Here is what that looks like, and how to reach us if we have fallen short.

Our commitment

Koehler Partners designs and tests this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. Accessibility is not a one-time audit; it is a standard we hold ourselves to on every new page and component.

What we do in practice

We maintain clear color contrast, readable type, keyboard-navigable interactive elements, descriptive link text, proper heading hierarchy, and alternative text on meaningful images. Interactive components are tested with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation during development.

Known limitations

No site is ever fully finished. If you encounter a barrier — a form that does not announce its labels, a contrast issue, a page that traps keyboard focus — we want to hear about it. We will respond to specific accessibility feedback within one business week and fix confirmed issues as quickly as our release cadence allows.

Accessibility in our consulting work

Accessibility shows up in our practice beyond the website, too. When KP designs training materials, evaluation instruments, or custom software, we build in accessibility standards from the start. We treat it as a quality standard, not a compliance checkbox.
