Learning and talent development is the longest-running practice specialty at KP — the work of making individuals, teams, and entire organizations more effective at what they do. We design curricula, develop virtual lessons, deliver training in person and virtually, build leadership programs, and facilitate team development workshops.

The work runs across industries — health plans, state agencies, foundations, corporate clients — but the common thread is the same: training and development that actually changes behavior on the job. KP carries certifications in MBTI® Step I and Step II, designs in ADDIE and SAM frameworks, and produces eLearning in Articulate Storyline® and Rise.
