Koehler Partners operates a simple marketing website. We collect only what you give us directly — typically through a contact form — and basic, anonymous analytics about how visitors use the site. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to third parties.
When you send us a message through one of our contact forms, the information you provide (name, email, phone, and the content of your message) is stored in our internal system and sent to the KP team member best suited to respond. We use it to reply to your inquiry and, if a working relationship begins, to manage that engagement.
Information we handle during consulting engagements is governed by the contract or statement of work for that engagement. KP treats client information as confidential by default and does not repurpose it for marketing or other purposes without explicit written permission.
The site is hosted on Vercel and sends emails through Resend. Analytics are collected through Vercel Analytics and Plausible, both of which are configured to avoid personal tracking and cookie banners. Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.
If you would like a copy of the information we hold about you, or would like us to correct or delete it, contact us at info@koehlerpartners.com or by mail at the address below. We respond to reasonable requests within a business week.
