Alandria Cobb is a detail-oriented Medicaid Compliance professional with a strong background in Indiana Medicaid programs and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Purdue University.
In her current role, Alandria collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, business owners, and external partners to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
Prior to her current position, Alandria spent two years with the Indiana Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning as a Senior Contract Compliance Officer. In this role, she monitored contract adherence, evaluated program compliance, and supported regulatory oversight initiatives. Earlier in her career, she worked at CICOA Aging & In-Home Solutions, where she gained valuable experience in case management and developed a strong foundation in serving vulnerable populations. She also previously served on the Clayton–Liberty Township Public Library Board of Directors.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Alandria is a devoted mother to her seven-year-old daughter. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and gardening, reflecting her appreciation for balance, wellness, and time spent outdoors.
