Alisha designs and develops learning experiences for KP clients — e-learning courses, instructor-led training, job aids, and supporting documentation.

Alisha Allen joined KP in 2022. Alisha is an experienced learning and development professional with a strong background in designing and facilitating training programs that promote equity, inclusion, and organizational effectiveness. She is skilled in developing impactful learning experiences that build capacity and drive measurable outcomes. Alisha is adept at creating clear, visually engaging materials such as infographics, one-pagers, tip sheets, and quick reference guides, making information accessible and actionable. Alisha develops New Hire eLearning for large and diverse user groups who learn complex information and processes critical to their jobs in health and human services.

Alisha led professional development initiatives at Ivy Tech Community College to equip faculty and staff with tools to better support students facing poverty and systemic barriers. White at Highpoint Global, Alisha designed and developed a curriculum of user-friendly training products on topics related to Medicare and the Affordable Care Act. She obtained her master’s degree in business administration at Indiana Wesleyan University. Alisha, her husband and daughters live on the northeast side of Indianapolis.
