Jane Ryderson joined KP in 2023 as a Senior Project Manager and has almost 15 years’ experience in professional services. Jane serves as the Compliance and Project Manager for KP’s largest project with seven full-time team members working across all areas of a large Medicaid-funded healthcare enterprise. She launched her consulting career at Crowe where she worked heavily in the Indiana state public safety space. She later worked directly for Indiana’s Integrated Public Safety Commission as their Chief Fiscal Officer and at KPMG, where she managed an Indiana Department of Correction project. Prior to her consulting career, Jane served in the Military Police during Operation Iraqi Freedom in Kirkuk, training Iraqi police in hand-to-hand combat, weapon safety and other police duties.
Jane is a literal Jane-of-all-trades who specializes in process mapping, compliance monitoring, business process improvement, project and program management, and how technology can be used to optimize operations. She has a bachelor’s and master’s degree from IU O’Neill SPEA in Bloomington. Jane also is a certified Scrum Master. Jane has a passion for public safety and violence prevention and is excited to bring her expertise to local organizations doing this crucial work! Jane lives in Monrovia with her husband and sons and a host of critters.
