Rebecca Dearth

Rebecca designs and develops learning experiences for KP clients — e-learning courses, instructor-led training, job aids, and supporting documentation.

Rebecca Dearth joined KP in 2024 as an instructional designer for one of our longest-running projects, creating all eLearning for service centers and local offices delivering vital public assistance services across the state of Indiana. Rebecca is an expert in Storyline, Instructional Design and Content Development. She develops self-based or individual learning experiences, as well as learning assessments.

Rebecca has worked in the public assistance eligibility system since 2007 in various capacities and is a deep subject matter expert in TANF, SNAP and Medicaid eligibility processes and programs. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Accounting from Northwood University. Rebecca lives with her family and fur babies in Upland.
