Sharmin Asad joined Koehler Partners in 2023 and supports operational process improvement initiatives within a large and complex healthcare environment. She specializes in cross-functional process mapping, workflow analysis, and business documentation, partnering with stakeholders across teams to improve visibility and support organizational efficiency efforts.
Prior to joining Koehler, Sharmin worked in training and onboarding roles supporting employee development, learning management processes, and operational readiness initiatives.
Sharmin holds a BS in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Ball State University. She lives in the Indianapolis area with her fiancé and enjoys trying new restaurants, spending time with family, and cozy nights on the couch with a good book, drama series, or video game.
