Tiffany Romain joined KP in 2023. Tiffany Romain is a versatile training specialist with a strong background in education, community leadership, and curriculum development. She holds a Training and Facilitation Certificate from ATD (Association for Talent Development) and is a certified Person-Centered Thinking Trainer through The Learning Community for Person Centered Practices (TLCPCP). Tiffany develops and delivers engaging training for adult learners, including onboarding, compliance, provider education, and refresher courses at Anthem Indiana Medicaid. She is experienced in using Rise 360, Canva, and other learning management tools to create dynamic, learner-focused resources.
Tiffany previously worked as a classroom teacher for four years, including three years at a Title I school in Lantana, Florida. She also spent three years as a high school soccer coach and assistant coach. She has a passion for youth empowerment, leadership, and sports development. Through her work, Tiffany brings a strong commitment to empowering youth, building resilient communities, and enhancing organizational capacity. Tiffany lives with her husband, daughters and fur babies in Columbus.
