Project overview
KP provided training and technical assistance across a statewide effort to improve nursing home care through QAPI — Quality Assurance Process Improvement. Our role spanned curriculum development, facilitator support, and hands-on technical assistance covering effective data collection and reporting, communications, community outreach and engagement, organizational change management, collaborative facilitation, and needs assessment.
The initiative operated across many facilities simultaneously, which meant the program had to work across a wide range of starting conditions — well-resourced facilities with sophisticated QI infrastructure alongside smaller operations doing this kind of work for the first time.
