Project overview
KP serves as the annual evaluator of a community-based youth employment program, conducted in partnership with faculty and graduate students from the Indiana University O’Neill School of Public & Environmental Affairs. The evaluation combines program administrative data, participant outcomes tracking, and targeted qualitative work with participants, staff, and employer partners.
The design is intentionally useful: findings are delivered each year in time to inform the following program cycle, and the engagement gives O’Neill graduate students meaningful field experience alongside KP’s evaluators.
