Project overview
For several years, KP served as the annual evaluator of a community-based youth employment program, conducted in partnership with faculty and graduate students from a local university. The evaluation combined program administrative data, participant outcomes tracking, and targeted qualitative work with participants, staff, and employer partners.
The design was intentionally useful: findings delivered each year in time to inform the following program cycle, and the engagement gives graduate students meaningful field experience alongside KP’s evaluators.
